Institut de L’Elevage (IDELE) is the French Institute of Livestock. It is a non-profit and non-governmental organization. Its R & D activities provide technical solutions to livestock farmers of cattle, sheep, goats and horses as well as economic actors in the production chains. One of the challenges is also to provide elements of response to the questions of society.
For several years, IDELE has been carrying out projects on adaptation to climate change, in collaboration with its partners in agricultural development and research, and with interprofessional organizations.
